process. Academic Computing has a long standing history of committment, excellence
and accomplishment in facilitating technological advancement and implementation
for the New Jersey City University.
We have brought
this same level of dedication and service to the SMART Board classrooms on campus.
Academic Computing is responsible for maintaining, updating and troubleshooting
allthe SMART Boards and also to ensure the quality of user experience in a feasible,
timely and friendly manner. This site will provide you with resources that will
allow you to add on to your SMART Board skills.
The SMART
technology has a very interesting beginning at the New Jersey City University andsome
historical background is provided on our History page where we have detailed
information on our "SMART Beginnings."
You will also find useful information on the Tips & Tricks
page that addresses some information that will allow you to be a power user and
utilize the SMART Boards to their fullest capabilities. The FAQ's
page also is an interesting place to visit as it addresses some of the relevant
and often
asked question in regards to the issues relating to all the SMART Boards on campus.
